General information: Students will participate in hands-on workshops that invite them to discover the fun and exciting world of forensics and the effects of forensics in our world today.

Program: The “Fun with Forensics” Workshop by Ifo Forensic Standards and Research Pvt Ltd will provide students with the opportunity to interact in the basic elements of forensics. The crime scene investigations promote critical thinking skills that relate to the application of science to decide questions arising from crime.

The students will become first-rate sleuths using techniques detectives and forensic scientists use everyday to solve crimes. The art of fingerprinting,footwear impressions, blood splatter, entomology, odontology, and mock crime scene will be examined during this course and used to solve a mock crime. Students will learn to handle a crime scene, collect and process clues. Students will use their newly acquired skills  as they develop a crime scene and explain what happens and the techniques used to solve the mystery.
