I am accused in a case about dowery death, i am brother-in-law of decessed. My file is under trail in juvineil court ghaziabad. And other accused punished by trail court life imprisonment.
Actually there is very doubtfull post-mort behind this case.
Case is about burning, which is deep burn all over body no superficial mentioned in post-mortom report. But doctor mentioned some post injuries in PM report such as strangulation( found ligature mark and ecchymosis under skin), contusion on breast. Can you please help me because i think it is impossible to see these injuries on deep burnt body. I hope my opinion is right.
(Note- case is now in high court can we present medico-legal experts in High Court, Allahabad.)
